The integration stage is all about developing a consistent art practice. The limiting beliefs are lessening and your momentum is increasing with producing your art. There is still fear and procrastination around your art making but it is lessening. Being able to forget about external comparisons, whether or not you are capable of becoming an artist or that your work will ever match yours or others expectations is lessening too. Now the incidence of purely making art, without the incessant left brain chatter of judgement and comparison to others, is happening more and more often. Your art takes a big shift forward in this stage, sometimes in multiple bounds. You actually like a lot of what you are making. There are small patches of when you are making art where you feel more free and joyful. Your practice is becoming more and more a part of your life. You notice how your life is influencing your art. As a result of not being so “in your head” your ability to share your work and even help others in your art community increases. For the first time you start to have a little extra energy as a result of your art-making going easier. Your ability to share increases online and offline.  The value you give and take from the community increases. Your ability to discern, not just about what feels good or not in your art making but in your life as well, increases. You might also notice you are saying “no” a little more often to unimportant life distractions which allows you to increase the times you say “yes” to your art making. Your improvement is undeniable and it feels great.
